Greetings %%First Name%%
With special permission from ASHRAE, we present an article from Dr. Fred Rohles, professor emeritus at Kansas State University. Dr. Rohles was among the men who trained Ham, the chimpanzee who was strapped into a Mercury space capsule
and launched into space on Jan. 31, 1961, four months before astronaut Alan Shepard made his historic space flight on May 5, 1961. He is also was one of the early pioneers in comfort research.
Temperature and temperament : a
psychologist looks at thermal comfort is a summary of Dr. Rohles fascinating work in thermal comfort and it includes a special feature section on his career. You will need Adobe Reader to view the contents. Allow 15 seconds to load
on high speed servers.
Enjoy.
