But what I like most about
Andy besides the fact that he wrote the most
authoritative book on moisture and HVAC is his humility.
Have a look at what he penned inside my personal
copy…now what readers ought to know is Andy the
professional engineer also has a Juris Doctor degree
from the University of Akron School of Law. He’s also
Andy the teacher and Andy the researcher and Andy the
author just to name a few. He’s way smarter than I’ll
ever be and when you meet him he’ll be just a humble
human being trying to leave behind a lifetime of wisdom
to alleviate the pain associated with experiential
learning.
Moisture is the number one
problem in buildings hands down. You’ll want to
understand it and you’ll want to control it. I don’t
know of a better manuscript to get you there…
By the way when Andy isn't out changing
the world of building science he hangs out with Nikki
Krueger and the crew from Therma-Stor. I visited their
plant in Madison, WI for a very good reason...you can
read
about it here.
