Read carefully and follow instructions exactly as described for file download and obtaining password.

Step 1) Download the file (save to desktop)

Step 2) Join our IEQ Linked-In discussion group - if you are already a member go to step 3.

Step 3) VERY IMPORTANT...at the IEQ Linked-In discussion group (i.e. click the IEQ link to the left), follow up to an existing request or start a new thread with this text...

"please send me the password for the Inside Surface Temperature Spreadsheet at this URL
<http://www.healthyheating.com/Calculating-inside-surface-temperature.htm>".

Step 4) Post any questions you have in the IEQ open forum...before sending us private emails for assistance please see this page on services.

Read carefully: if it appears we are not responding - read below for the "Top 5 reasons why you may not be receiving the password".

Top 5 reasons why you may not be receiving the password

  1. You have not joined the IEQ group as per instruction Step #2

  2. You have not posted a request at the IEQ group as per instruction Step #2 and Step #3

  3. You have not included the text string as per instruction Step #3

  4. You have sent us a private email requesting the password - see instruction Step #3 and #4

  5. You have posted a request in another Linked-In discussion group - see instruction Step #2

Background - we have over 800 pages at the website many with course slides and spreadsheet tools. In order for us to manage who wants what and from where our administrative team assigns a specific password to the URL and only uses the IEQ Linked In group to manage the request which includes advising of changes to documents and spreadsheets.
